Yes. Give the legal name that appears on your NID or passport. Some areas, such as the Sundarbans and the Chittagong Hill Tracts, also need your NID or birth certificate number for permits.

Most trips leave on Thursday night from Gazipur (Joydebpur Shibbari), with more pickup points in Gazipur and Dhaka along the route. Each package page lists its pickup points and times.

14 or more days before departure: a 100% refund. 7 to 13 days before: a 50% refund. Less than 7 days before: no refund, because hotels and transport are already paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
